                                      Gerard Dever - Senior Project Manager and President, has led the Dever Industries                                        team since 2007.  He brings 20+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of                                              residential and light commercial construction.  Projects range from remodeling                                               kitchens to full-gut rehabs; from performing trade work on new construction                                                   buildings to major office space renovations and restaurant renovations.

                                        For 15+ years, Gerard has driven project success with diverse clients, including                                              homeowners, property management companies, general contractors, developers                                            and business owners.  He also has extensive experience with HUD and                                                            government-funded projects, working shoulder to shoulder with public housing                                              tenants and management companies.
